A Family Business Built on Craft

Sousa Roofing & Construction is a family-owned contractor serving Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Founder Jaime DeSousa brings over 30 years of construction expertise, starting as a carpenter in 1995 and spending more than 24 years managing high-level construction projects while running daily business operations.

His son Jadin joined the business at age 16 during summers and now serves as Field Operations Manager at 22 — overseeing field staff, coordinating deliveries, and joining his father on customer consultations.
